Our work focuses on tailor-made CAD designs. Based on your requirements, we develop components, fixtures, adapters, or complete assemblies precisely for the respective application. We not only take geometry and function into account, but also ease of assembly, accessibility for maintenance, and subsequent integration into existing systems and processes. This results in solutions that are not only technically impressive, but also provide real benefits in everyday use.
Once the design is complete, we can manufacture the models directly in-house – flexibly and depending on the material, area of application, and desired quantity. We have various processes at our disposal for this: 3D printing for fast prototypes and functional models, 4-axis milling for precise and resilient components, laser cutting for clean contours, and engraving for permanent marking, labeling, or customization. The available working area is up to 400 mm × 400 mm × 400 mm. The manufactured parts achieve a precision of up to 0.02 mm – an important basis for ensuring even demanding fits and repeatable results.
These expanded capabilities enable us to create not only individual components, but above all practical complete solutions and add-ons for our machines. These include, for example, optimizations for handling and operation, adaptations to product-specific requirements, aids for process reliability, and functional enhancements that simplify workflows. Thanks to our high level of vertical integration, we can quickly test new ideas, improve them iteratively, and, if necessary, transfer them directly to small-batch production—without long distances and unnecessary waiting times.
