Intelligent control with Mitsubishi PLC
The Mitsubishi PLC program control ensures maximum process stability and precise motion sequences. The software allows flexible selection of bypass and destacker modes, depending on the requirements of the line.
A user-friendly touchscreen panel allows for easy operation and control of all parameters. Thanks to the advance signal alarm, the operator is warned in good time when the PCB stack is almost empty – ensuring that production flow remains uninterrupted.
Stable mechanics and high security
The PCB unloader for SMT lines impresses with its stable construction and smooth movement of the conveyor belts. The width adjustment is carried out parallel and evenly via a crank wheel – it can also be motorized as an option.
To increase operational safety, the machine has a locking mechanism for all open doors, preventing unwanted interference during operation. The system is, of course, SMEMA-compatible, allowing it to be easily integrated into existing SMT lines.
