QUICK8433 Soldering Robot – Compact precision for automated soldering and dispensing
The QUICK8433 soldering robot is an intelligent, compact system for automated soldering and dispensing processes. With precise 3-axis control, high repeatability, and a large working range, it offers maximum efficiency with minimal space requirements.
This soldering robot was developed for precise work on SMD, THT, and PCB assemblies and enables consistent, repeatable quality—ideal for laboratory, manufacturing, or repair environments.
Technical precision with 3-axis control
The QUICK8433 model features 3-axis motion control (X, Y, Z) with a working range of 400 × 400 × 100 mm in each direction.
With a repeatability of ±0.02 mm and a resolution of 0.01 mm, the robot guarantees exact movements – perfect for precise soldering, gluing, or applying flux.
The speed control covers speeds from 0.1 to 600 mm/s and allows smooth, controlled movements for a wide range of applications.
Smooth movement and control system
The system supports 3-dimensional line and circle interpolation, allowing complex motion patterns to be executed smoothly and precisely. Smooth speed control ensures consistent dispensing lines and clean solder joints—without splatter or temperature overload.
Gluing compensation and intelligent programming
The adhesive compensation function allows the adhesive delivery time to be either brought forward or delayed. This enables users to individually adjust the flow and setting times and achieve uniform adhesive beads.
With a demo file capacity of up to 999 files (max. 60,000 points) and 255 processed files, the QUICK8433 offers flexible programming options for serial and individual tasks.
