Undercut In-Line Router – Precise floor milling with maximum cleanliness

The Undercut In-Line Router has been specially developed for floor processing and precise routing on the underside of PCBs.
Thanks to its compact design, highly efficient dust collection system and intuitive user interface, it offers maximum precision with minimum space requirements.

This inline system is ideal for production processes in which bottom-side processing or reworking of assemblies is required – for example for complex PCBs with components on both sides.

Precise soil cultivation with special milling technology

The Undercut In-Line Router is equipped with a special undercut tool that can specifically process the lower PCB layer or areas that are difficult to access.
This allows recesses, undercuts or special separation areas to be realized with maximum precision – without damaging the top side.

The system works with a stable template guide, which ensures precise and repeatable milling. The reduced gripper-type mechanism minimizes material usage and increases productivity.

Cleanliness thanks to a highly efficient dust collection system

An integrated high-performance dust collection system ensures almost 100 % particle and residual dust-free processing.
This function is particularly important in undercutting processes, as particles scatter downwards more strongly due to gravity and vibration.
The system removes dust directly at the source – for a contamination-free production environment and longer tool life.

Simple operation with a modern user interface

It is controlled via a user-friendly GUI based on IPC standards and operated via a touch LCD display.
All process parameters – from milling depth and speed to dust extraction – can be conveniently adjusted via the interface.
This makes it easier to set up new milling programs and monitor ongoing processes in real time.

Compact design and inline flexibility

Despite its special functions, the Undercut In-Line Router has a compact design and can be easily integrated into existing production lines.
Its modular structure makes it suitable for both stand-alone systems and complex inline production with automatic loading and unloading.
