The Mini Vertical Buffer is a space-saving and versatile solution for modern SMT production lines. With an integrated 500 mm conveyor and intelligent control system, it can be used flexibly as a loader, unloader, or good/bad separator. The Mini Buffer thus increases efficiency and flexibility in any production environment.

Flexible operating modes for maximum customization

The Mini Vertical Buffer offers five different operating modes: LIFO, Loader, Unloader, Throughput, and NG Reject. This versatility allows for optimal adaptation to different manufacturing scenarios. Mode changes can be made quickly and easily using the hand control, allowing the operator to respond flexibly to production requirements.

Thanks to PLC control and touchscreen operation, the buffer can be controlled intuitively and precisely. Motorized width adjustment allows quick adaptation to different PCB sizes, while tube-mounted status lights clearly indicate the current operating status of the machine.

The Mini Buffer combines a space-saving design with high performance. The buffer zone capacity is 10 PCBs, while the total storage capacity is up to 20 PCBs. The vertical design makes optimal use of the available space – ideal for production lines with limited space.
