This system ensures the reliable and safe unloading of printed circuit boards (PCBs) after the coating process. The entire machine is equipped with a robust cover and an integrated extraction system that efficiently removes vapors from the coating system, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Maximum safety through intelligent air monitoring
To ensure maximum safety, the PCB unloader for painting systems features an inline air extraction monitoring system that controls the exhaust air flow in real time. In addition, an external exhaust air stop alarm system is integrated, which automatically stops operation if irregularities are detected.
The fully sealed cover significantly improves air quality in the workplace and creates a safety-friendly working environment that meets the requirements of modern production lines.
Precise control and easy operation
The Mitsubishi PLC program control ensures stable, precise, and reliable operation. All parameters, such as cycle time, speed, and ejection position, can be easily adjusted via the touchscreen control panel. A signal tower display shows the current operating status and assists the operating personnel in monitoring the process.
The machine is SMEMA-compatible, allowing it to be easily integrated into existing production lines.
Stable mechanics and high quality of work
A stepper motor-driven slider ensures smooth movements and improves stability during the unloading process. The position of the ejector can be precisely adjusted to the PCBs to prevent damage. Standard magazines can be easily exchanged via a flexible platform, with the magazine being inserted and removed automatically by a motor.
This combination of precise mechanics and automated control ensures reliable continuous operation—even for demanding painting applications.
