The Nordson Asymtek Vantage series was developed specifically for the assembly of semiconductor packages, electromechanical assemblies, and printed circuit boards. This new, advanced platform is ideal for applications requiring high speed or very small volume dispensing, narrow exclusion zones or dispensing thin and accurate lines.
Combined with the IntelliJet® jetting system with ReadiSet® jet cartridge, the Nordson Asymtek Vantage series offers state-of-the-art reliability and microdot jetting technology at frequencies up to 1,000 Hz.
