The X‑Treme Series XS-600 drying cabinet is a powerful solution for storing and processing moisture-sensitive components in electronics manufacturing, quality assurance, or laboratory environments. With a volume of approximately 600 liters (net), the cabinet is ideal for medium-sized production lines that require precise humidity control and process reliability.
The design offers a relative humidity of ≤ 0.5% rH as standard, which means that even highly sensitive components can be reliably protected against moisture, oxidation, or other environmental influences. The integrated sensor measures humidity and temperature with high accuracy (±0.3% rH and ±0.5°C, respectively) and ensures traceable control in daily use.
The cabinet is operated via a large 7“ touchscreen panel with a resolution of 800×480 pixels, allowing all important parameters such as humidity, temperature, and operating status to be clearly controlled. WLAN or Ethernet also enable remote monitoring and easy integration into your network or quality system (”Industry 4.0″). The interior is illuminated (two-color light) and the doors are double-glazed, with a stainless steel rear wall – the construction and design feature durable materials and ESD-safe execution.
The XS-600 offers great flexibility thanks to numerous optional extensions. For example, heating units (45 °C / 60 °C) are available for resetting components (“floor life reset”); as well as cooling units, HEPA filters, RFID access controls, automatic door locking, and automatic N₂ purging to protect against oxidation. Thanks to this modular design, the device can be perfectly adapted to your requirements in the SMT/THT environment or in the service/laboratory area.
Measuring approximately 606 × 1990 × 750 mm (W×H×D), the cabinet can be installed in a space-saving manner despite its large volume.
