The YAMAHA YST15 SMD Tower is an automatic, extremely flexible and expandable intelligent storage system for use in the immediate vicinity of production. In the YAMAHA YST15 SMD Tower you will always find the required component in the right place and under controlled conditions – always ready for a very fast changeover from various production batches with minimum effort. Up to 1,500 rolls can be stored and up to 33 can be unloaded simultaneously per batch. The YST15 is directly connected to the YAMAHA pick and place machines via the network and automatically communicates/commissions parts that are running low with notification to the operator. The Yamaha YST15 specifically complements our portfolio and enables us to offer our customers a one-stop store in the form of our Total Line Solution. The YST15 can of course also interact with all placement systems available on the market via an interface.
