The Spectrum II Premier features the latest generation IntelliJet nozzle system with ReadiSet™ Jet Cartridge technology, which takes the nozzle system to a new level. The IntelliJet system is able to continuously dispense small volumes up to 1 nL and frequencies up to 1000 Hz and applies in narrower dispensing areas with smaller wet gaps than conventional nozzles. ReadiSet cartridges enable quick and easy maintenance of the nozzles and keep the productivity of the systems at the highest level. The Spectrum II Premier platform reduces process variations, increases throughput and reduces costs. Software-controlled temperature, liquid and air pressure regulation enables control that eliminates the need for operator adjustment.
