The Pramo drying system guarantees optimum drying and curing results through reliable loop transport. The flexible carriers are interchangeable so that a wide variety of assemblies – including special shapes – can be safely and reliably fed through the system. In the Pramo continuous dryer, the assemblies are transported through the system on goods carriers with so-called “shuttle” holders and pass through several zones in which they are heated to the appropriate temperature and then held at the specified temperature for the drying/curing process. The cycle time depends on the necessary dwell time of the assemblies in the drying system to cure the materials according to the specifications.

Optimum drying process – with minimum space requirement
The Alteco vertical dryer from Rehm not only offers the best drying and curing processes, but its design makes it extremely compact and space-saving. Due to the vertical transport, the Alteco replaces a comparable 40-m-long horizontal furnace with a plant length of only just under 4 m. With the innovative system design, you can save valuable space in your production hall. A stable, reproducible process is provided by the heating system in the process towers. It works on the convection principle in recirculation mode, where the temperature in all 8 heating zones can be regulated separately. A specially developed airflow guarantees uniform heating of all components. The supply air can be preheated and the volume flow can be preset individually for each heating zone. This guarantees absolute reproducibility of the temperature profiles and thus of the drying process.
