This system optimizes the entry point of your line – from magazine storage and automatic insertion of the printed circuit boards to transfer to downstream machines.

Our loading system takes care of the controlled introduction of ready-to-assemble printed circuit boards or unassembled bare boards into your production line. In practice, this means that magazines containing printed circuit boards are taken into account, the system removes the top board—for example, using a vacuum pick solution or a mechanical separator—and positions it precisely on the conveyor belt. The transfer height, conveyor speed, magazine width, and board thickness are easily configured using an intuitive touch control. This level of automation significantly reduces manual intervention, lowers scrap due to handling errors, and increases throughput.
