The PCB magazine loader for coating systems was specially developed for use in coating and painting systems. The system ensures the precise transport of printed circuit boards (PCBs) into the production line and is fully equipped with a protective cover and a powerful extraction system. This reliably removes vapors from the coating system, significantly improving occupational safety and air quality in production.
Maximum safety through intelligent extraction
The machine is equipped with an inline air extraction monitoring system that continuously monitors the exhaust air flow. In the event of a malfunction, the external exhaust air stop alarm system is automatically activated. These functions not only protect the operating personnel, but also ensure the constant safe operation of the entire painting system.
The fully sealed cover also contributes to a safety-friendly working environment. This minimizes the risk of steam or particle leakage—ideal for sensitive production areas with strict environmental requirements.
Reliable control and flexible handling
The PCB magazine loader for the coating system is precisely controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC program control. It is easily operated via a touchscreen control panel that clearly displays all processes. A signal tower display provides information about the current operating status at all times.
The position of the ejector can be centered precisely on the circuit boards, and the stepper motor-driven slide significantly improves working stability. The magazine can also be conveniently replaced from the rear, enabling quick magazine changes during operation.
