All parameters, such as transport speed, cycle times, or ejection positions, can be conveniently set using the user-friendly touchscreen panel. A signal light display informs the operating personnel of the current operating status at all times.
Thanks to its SMEMA compatibility, the dual-lane PCB loader for SMT lines can be easily integrated into existing SMT production lines.
Stable mechanics and precise movements
A stepper motor-driven slider ensures smooth movements and precise positioning of the circuit boards. The position of the ejector can be centered exactly to ensure gentle handling.
The flexible platform accommodates standard magazines that can be easily replaced from the rear. The automatic, motorized magazine feed and ejection system facilitates handling and ensures a smooth production flow—even during long shifts and high utilization.
