Front accessibility makes the magazine easy to insert and replace, which makes operation particularly convenient.
Precise control and easy operation
The integrated Mitsubishi PLC program control ensures stable, reliable operation and precise control of all movements. Parameters such as cycle time, positioning, and operating mode can be set intuitively via the touchscreen control panel.
A lighthouse display shows the current machine status, allowing operators to see at a glance whether the process is running smoothly. Thanks to its SMEMA-compatible interface, the single-magazine PCB loader for SMT lines can be easily integrated into existing SMT production systems.
Stable mechanics and smooth operation
A stepper motor-driven slider ensures smooth, low-vibration transport of the circuit boards. The position of the ejector can be individually centered to enable precise transfer to the next machine.
The system is designed for standard magazines that can be easily replaced from the rear. Automatic magazine insertion and removal via an integrated motor ensures additional ease of use and reduces manual effort.
