The automatic PCB unloader has been developed for the reliable and fast unloading of printed circuit boards. The system automatically picks up the incoming PCB from the conveyor belt and pushes it precisely into a magazine. As soon as the cycle is complete, the magazine automatically moves to the next position – and the next unloading process can start immediately.

This solution ensures smooth production processes in PCB manufacturing and reduces manual intervention to a minimum. Thanks to state-of-the-art control systems and stable construction, the working speed remains consistently high.

The automatic PCB unloader uses a reliable Mitsubishi PLC control system that ensures precise process sequences. The entire process can be easily controlled via a user-friendly touchscreen control panel.

The flexible platform allows the use of standard magazines, which can be easily replaced from the rear. A stepper motor-driven slider improves working stability and ensures precise positioning of the circuit boards.
