Its L-shaped design allows for optimal use of space, as the magazine transport section can be flexibly positioned at the front, rear, or side of the machine, depending on the customer’s production layout. This significantly reduces the line length without compromising performance or stability.
Flexible control and precise handling
The integrated Mitsubishi PLC program control ensures maximum reliability and precise process control. All parameters such as cycle time, conveyor direction, and operating mode can be conveniently set via the user-friendly touchscreen panel.
The automatic L-type PCB magazine loader for SMT lines is equipped with a light tower display that shows the current machine status at all times. This keeps operators informed about the progress of the process at all times.
The system is fully SMEMA-compatible and can therefore be seamlessly integrated into existing SMT lines.
Stability through intelligent mechanics
A stepper motor-driven slider ensures smooth and precise movements, significantly improving operational stability. The position of the ejector can be individually adjusted to center circuit boards precisely and prevent damage during transfer.
The flexible platform accommodates various standard magazines, which can be easily exchanged from the rear. The automatic motorized insertion and removal of the magazines ensures smooth operation and saves valuable time in everyday production.
