automatic PCB unloader

Automatic PCB unloader – Reliable automation for SMT production

The automatic PCB unloader was developed to unload PCBs quickly, safely, and precisely. An incoming PCB is automatically picked up by the conveyor belt and pushed into a magazine using a specially designed pusher. The system is ideal for production lines with high throughput requirements and ensures a stable, continuous workflow.

Combining robust mechanics, intelligent control, and user-friendly operation, the automatic PCB unloader offers a durable and efficient solution for any SMT production line.

Key features of the automatic PCB unloader

This automatic PCB unloader utilizes a Mitsubishi PLC program control system, which ensures precise movements and reliable control processes. The touchscreen control panel allows for intuitive control, while various pitch settings and a light tower display clearly visualize the operating status.

The flexible platform is designed for standard magazines and allows the magazine to be changed from the rear—particularly practical when space is limited. A stepper motor-driven slider ensures smooth and stable workflows.

Additional features:

  • Centering ejection position for precise plate placement

  • Automatic magazine insertion and removal via motor control

  • SMEMA-compatible for seamless line integration

  • CE certified for maximum safety
