Precise control and easy operation
The integrated Mitsubishi PLC program control guarantees maximum process reliability and precise control of all movements. The touchscreen control panel allows you to conveniently set and monitor all parameters—from loading speed to ejector positioning.
A light tower display shows the current machine status and enables a quick response in the event of malfunctions or process changes. Thanks to the SMEMA-compatible interface, the quad PCB magazine loader for SMT lines can be seamlessly integrated into existing SMT production lines.
Stability, capacity, and reliability
The robust construction and stepper motor-driven slider ensure smooth movement and excellent working stability. The position of the ejector can be precisely aligned with the circuit boards to prevent damage during transfer.
The flexible platform is designed for standard magazines that can be replaced from the rear. The system enables automatic magazine insertion and removal via a motor, minimizing operating effort and increasing operational safety.
