The PCB magazine loader for SMT lines was developed to transport printed circuit boards precisely into the production line. The system combines an independent destacker with a single magazine loader, ensuring maximum efficiency and production stability. This makes it ideal for modern SMT production lines that require high throughput times and reliable automation.
Flexible control and precise positioning
The integrated Mitsubishi PLC program control ensures stable operation and maximum process reliability. The operator can flexibly switch between loading and unloading modes, depending on the requirements of the production line. The position of the ejector can be precisely centered to place the circuit boards exactly.
A stepper motor-driven slide further improves operational stability—a prerequisite for consistent feeding and unloading. All parameters can be easily set and monitored via the user-friendly touchscreen control panel.
High efficiency and easy handling
The PCB magazine loader for SMT lines offers short magazine change times – 30 seconds as standard, or optionally as little as 15 seconds. The magazine can be conveniently replaced from the rear, minimizing downtime. A motor-driven magazine feed and ejector on the platform ensures fully automatic handling.
In addition, a lighthouse display makes it easier to monitor the machine status. This allows operating personnel to see at a glance whether operation is running smoothly.
