XS LINE HYBRID DRYING CABINETS

XS Line hybrid drying cabinets have been specially developed for drying and storing moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs). In accordance with the IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033C and IPC-1601 standards, moisture-sensitive materials and printed circuit boards can be stored in these cabinets for an unlimited period of time. XS Line Hybrid Dry Cabinets are suitable for the production of small and medium quantities due to the cabinet dimensions and can also be used for baking (floor life resetting) with optional heating units up to a temperature of 100ᵒC. Due to the large depth of the cabinet, slide-in solutions can be added or used for storing large products. The hybrid drying ovens in the XS series are equipped with both a desiccant drying unit (DHM-01) and an intelligent nitrogen flow unit (N2AF-01). The nitrogen flow unit N2AF-01 guarantees a constant low relative humidity ≤0.5%RH for short to long-term storage. A moisture and oxygen-free environment is created. Ideal for moisture-proof and oxidation-protected storage of various technologies.

The hybrid drying ovens in the XS line prevent 100% oxidation with their intelligent nitrogen unit and make the dehumidification process faster and more reliable as the desiccant drying units work simultaneously. An intelligent nitrogen unit continues the drying process by taking control when the desiccant drying unit reaches saturation and automatically regenerates itself. If the nitrogen source is interrupted or a fault occurs in one unit, the other unit takes over control and ensures a continuous drying process. For these reasons, they are the most efficient drying and storage solutions that can be used for long-term storage and drying processes in particular.

The hybrid drying ovens in the XS line optimally adjust the nitrogen gas used thanks to comprehensive software and sensitive sensors, maintain the humidity level at the desired values and save on consumables by minimizing their use. The user can increase or decrease the nitrogen gas pressure depending on the process requirements or adapt it to the process by changing the nitrogen gas injection settings on the touchscreen control panel. In this way, the user can decide which unit works how much.

The touchscreen control panel offers a resolution of 800x480px on a 7″ touch surface. The user can access all important data in the cabinets with simple clicks. The X-Treme Series Auto Dry ovens are fully networkable and can be controlled remotely via computers, phones and tablets with Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections. The cabinets are equipped with high-precision sensors and an integrated data logger for traceability of performance.

XT LINE SMART NITROGEN DRYING CABINETS

The intelligent nitrogen drying ovens in the X-Treme XT Line series have been specially developed for drying and storing moisture-sensitive appliances (MSD). In accordance with the IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033C and IPC-1601 standards, moisture-sensitive materials and printed circuit boards can be stored in these cabinets for an unlimited period of time. Due to its dimensions, the XT Line Smart Nitrogen Dry Cabinet is suitable for the production of medium and high quantities and can also be used for baking (resetting the service life of the base) with optional heating units up to a temperature of 100ᵒC. Due to its ergonomic structure and high volume, it is one of the most frequently used cabinets. The XTC-N2 Smart Nitrogen Dry Cabinet is equipped with an intelligent nitrogen flow unit (N2AF-01). The N2AF-01 nitrogen flow unit guarantees a constant low relative humidity ≤1%RH for short to long-term storage. A moisture and oxygen-free environment is created. Ideal for moisture-proof and oxidation-protected storage of various technologies.

DESICCANT DRYING CABINETS

THE XL SERIES

The drying ovens in the X-Treme series have been specially developed for drying and storing moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs). In accordance with the IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033C and IPC-1601 standards, moisture-sensitive materials and printed circuit boards can be stored in these cabinets for an unlimited period of time. XL Line drying ovens are suitable for large-scale production due to their dimensions and can also be used with optional heating units up to a temperature of 100ᵒC for baking (resetting the service life of the base). Due to the large depth of the cabinet, infeed storage solutions can be added or used for storing large products. XL Line drying ovens are equipped with a patented DHM-01 drying unit. The patented DHM-01 desiccant drying unit guarantees a constant low relative humidity ≤0.5%RH for short to long-term storage, avoiding oxidation risks associated with long-term storage. Ideal for moisture-proof and oxidation-protected storage of various technologies.

The X-Treme Series Auto Dry Cabinets drying unit, which operates at very low humidity, and optional heating units work together to ensure a fast and healthy baking process at low temperatures for soil life restoration. Compared to conventional ovens, it offers a larger surface area and a more controlled drying environment. Baking at low temperatures prevents problems such as delamination, microcracks, popcorn effects and solderability in MSDs (moisture sensitive devices), which are caused by the high temperature load on the materials after baking in conventional ovens.
