The Kolb WetWipes SA120 are ready-to-use wipes impregnated with the aqueous,
pH-neutral cleaner WipeEx SA120 for the manual cleaning of SMD tools such as squeegees, spatulas, etc.
WetWipes SA120 are available in the dispensing bucket with 150 wipes,
in the ESD safe metal box and in the ESD safe refill pack with 100 wipes each.
The Kolb WetWipes SA120 are not suitable for cleaning of cured adhesive.
The Kolb G50® oven basic cleaner is a water-based alkaline cleaning mixture for manual basic cleaning,
e.g. by spraying on and, after a short reaction time, wiping with a cloth and cleaning with kolb CF1® or with water.
G50® Oven Base cleaner dissolves colophony and flux quickly, thoroughly and gently e.g. from machine parts,
solder frames, carriers, GRP, plastics, stainless steel, glass and many more. Aluminium and non-ferrous metals must be rinsed.
Kolb CF1® oven cleaner is an aqueous alkaline ready-to-use cleaning mixture for manual cleaning, e.g. by spraying on and rubbing with a cloth after a short reaction time.
The Kolb CF1® oven cleaner dissolves colophony and flux quickly, thoroughly and gently and without rinsing: e.g. of machine parts, soldering frames, carriers, aluminium, GRP, plastics, stainless steel, glass and much more.
For coarse and hardened dirt we recommend the product kolb G50®, Art. No. 090620.
ContraFlux® Basic is ideally suited for the thorough and gentle cleaning of solder frames, solder masks, ESD boxes, PCB magazines, condensate traps and radiator plates.
ContraFlux® Basic is a concentrate for mixing with water for use in kolb AirFlow® systems as well as all common flooding / immersion cleaning systems. Depending on the goods to be cleaned and the task to be performed, also suitable for ultrasonic systems and manual cleaning.
ContraFlux® Basic achieves optimum efficiency at a mixing ratio of 1:3 to 1:5 with water.
MultiEx® N7 TS is ideally suited for the thorough and gentle cleaning of stencils,
misprints and flipside cleaning / stencil underside cleaning in screen printers.
Depending on the cleaning task, also suitable for assemblies,
solder frames, solder masks, ESD boxes and PCB magazines.
MultiEx® N7 TS can be used as a ready-to-use mixture (green container cap) or
concentrate (yellow container cap) for use in kolb PowerSpray® and all common spray cleaning systems and
directly in screen printers.
Depending on the material to be cleaned and the cleaning task also suitable for kolb AirFlow® systems as well
as for all common flood cleaning systems and for ultrasonic cleaning systems.
MultiEx® GC (GC=GlueCleaner) is ideally suited for the thorough and gentle cleaning of stencils, screens, misprints, aluminium and stainless steel. Depending on the cleaning task also suitable for assemblies, solder frames, solder masks, ESD boxes, PCB magazines.
Especially for water-sensitive products, MultiEx® GC can also be used as a complete rinsing medium in a completely water-free process and is certified for solar cell production.
MultiEx® GC is a ready-to-use mixture for direct use in kolb PowerSpray® and all common spray cleaning systems. Depending on the cleaning material and task also suitable for kolb AirFlow® systems and all common flooding cleaning systems as well as for ultrasonic cleaning systems.
MultiEx® B11 is ideally suited for the thorough and gentle cleaning of screens, stencils, misprints, solder frames, solder masks, ESD boxes, PCB magazines. Depending on the cleaning task also suitable for assemblies or condensate traps and radiator plates.

ESD boxes, PCB magazines. Depending on contamination also suitable for stencils, screens or condensate traps and radiator plates.
MultiEx A12® is a ready-to-use mixture for direct use in kolb AirFlow® and PowerSpray® systems as well
as all common spray and immersion / flood cleaning systems.
Also suitable for all common ultrasonic systems, depending on the material to be cleaned and the task.
MultiEx® 3D cleaners work in three dimensions:
1. flux removal
2. de-oxidation of metal surfaces, especially copper and aluminium
3. passivation of the metal surfaces before rapid oxidation again.
MultiEx® 3D cleaners thoroughly and gently remove copper oxide / CuO, aluminium oxide / Al2O3,
