Thanks to its compact and robust design, this buffer ensures smooth material flow control and a significant increase in production efficiency.

The enclosed CE design offers a high level of safety and protects sensitive components. The motorized adjustment of the conveyor belt and rack allows the system to be easily adapted to different PCB heights and formats. The built-in rack structure offers space for up to 20 circuit boards, enabling optimal use of the available space.

The touchscreen control panel is clearly structured and allows intuitive control of all functions. The vertical buffer FIFO/LIFO (20 slots) – for tall components – is fully SMEMA-compatible and can be easily integrated into existing SMT production lines.
