The rotating head improves the placement of very small components. This maintains a high production speed as the head no longer needs to be replaced. This technology contributes to the continuation of the one-head solution concept. This head can machine components ranging from super-small 0201mm components to medium-sized, odd-shaped components measuring 12 x 12mm and a height of 6.5mm.
High-speed multi-purpose inline HM head
The flexible “all-round” head not only has a high speed, but also the versatility required for the assembly of super-tiny 0201mm components through to large-format components of 55 x 100mm and heights of up to 15mm.
Irregularly shaped components suitable for the inline FM head
The ultra-wide range head can handle components from tiny 03015 mm chips to ultra-large components of 55 x 100 mm and a height of 30 mm. Force control is also available.

High mounting accuracy of ±15μm (Cpk≧1.0)
The machine is vibration-controlled with a very rigid base, etc., and the setting accuracy has been improved with Coord MACS, achieving a high assembly accuracy of ±15μm.

High capacity tray feeder that can store up to 30 pallets. Ensures a non-stop supply of tray components and thus enables non-stop production. The product range also includes a 10-stage tray component feeder “cATS10R”, which offers excellent space saving and cost performance.
Maintenance warnings for the nozzle and feeder
Self-diagnostic and self-recovery functions keep nozzles and feeders continuously in a clean condition for continuous, high-quality production.
Automatically loading feeder
Simply cutting and inserting a belt reduces the load on the component supply. The use of two coils makes it possible to level the time for feeding the components, minimizing the risk of a line stop due to a component supply failure.
Image processing system to further improve the quality of component assembly
The side camera improves the quality of the assembly of small components. A coplanarity tester can also be installed as an option. All Image Tracer Plus (option) saves every image of the component recognition and thus supports the analysis of the assembly quality.
