The new Forte™ series supports a wide range of applications and enables the protection of
leading technologies from our most advanced liquid dosing system
with proven functions of our best-selling dosing system. With
a highly stable chassis and a newly developed electrical and mechanical design.
Acceleration and improved motion control. Additional stability in the
Chassis enable high-speed movements in the x, y and z axes without compromising placement accuracy.

The new Nordson Asymtek Forte™ series supports a wide range of applications, merging
leading technologies from our most advanced dispensing system with proven features from our best-selling dispensing platform, with a highly stable chassis and redesigned electrical and mechanical architectures, the Forte ™ series offers UPH yield through faster acceleration and improved motion control. The stability in the chassis enables high-speed movements in the x, y and z axes without sacrificing perfect positioning accuracy.
With a dual-valve design, you can use two high-frequency
IntelliJet® jetting systems at the same time to further increase your throughput in known Nordson Asymtek quality. The Canvas® is our new state-of-the-art software with a graphical interface to simplify programming tasks and provide unprecedented insight and control over your process.

Quantum

The Quantum system with Nordson ASYMTEK’s jet and valve technology is the cost-effective solution for many demanding medium to high complexity fluid dispensing requirements for PCBA, SMT, industrial and other electronic assembly applications, including:

  • CSP, BGA and board-level underfill
  • Corner and edge bonding
  • Dam and fill
  • Potting and encapsulation
  • Surface mount adhesives
  • Conductive epoxy
  • Larger board or substrate size

 

For batch processes, the Quantum batch system takes precise batch dosing to the next level of refinement. The Quantum dispenser’s production-proven X-Y gantry movement system brings high dosing accuracy, speed and reliability to batch processing. With a working area of up to 423 x 458 mm*, the system is ideal for larger workpieces and dosing with two valves, which enables flexible use.

With the Quantum system, users no longer have to choose between system costs and high-quality dosing options.
